When our family travels we need someone to check our home during our absence. Not only for insurance purposes; our home has some unique features that require regular monitoring. For example, our electric fence needs to be checked daily for an active current or our cattle will get out on the road with potentially disastrous results. In winter the heated water bowl at the barn needs to be checked for electricity so the water won’t freeze.
